Yes. We first take time to understand your wishes in a personal conversation. If you like, we can then arrange a visit to Polis.

02Will I own my home?+

Yes. The apartments are planned as full private property with an individual title deed.

03What if I need more support later on?+

Services grow with your needs, from independent living to more comprehensive personal support. You remain in the home you know.

04Can family and friends come to stay?+

Absolutely. The Guest House offers ten apartments that residents’ visitors can book by the day.
